I am a first generation Canadian and my entire childhood was built on the foundation of family, hard work, respect, and integrity to who you are and what you believe in. As I transitioned into adulthood and entered the workforce, I made an emphasis to act within those values as I continue along my professional journey. There is a very clear foundation as to what makes me the person that I am and I seek to act and treat those around me professionally with the same respect, honesty and integrity as I treat those closest to me. Developing strong, trusting relationships amongst my peers, clients and all whom I encounter professionally is the principle foundation of who I am. My motto is “Cultivating excellence through meaningful relationships” and authenticity within that is something I preach throughout any endeavour I find myself pursuing. I seek to bring reliability to those I work with by way of creativity, innovation and diligence in detail; embracing the nuances of any process while still maintaining a results-oriented mindset is how I achieve the success and sustainability doing so. Where most will offer 110% of their best effort, I strive to not only do the same, but to bring out the best efforts from everyone who is in partnership with me as well.
