Founder of EVE
I'm a survivor of near-fatal domestic violence, and I founded End Violence Everywhere (EVE) after experiencing the unthinkable—attempted murder in 2021, followed by all charges against my attacker being dismissed due to court delays. I've never received a criminal trial simply because of bad policy.
I created EVE because I wanted survivors to have somewhere to turn when they feel alone during abuse or when the system fails them. Through EVE, we provide 24/7 support, connecting survivors with legal, housing, mental-health, and advocacy resources while fighting for the justice reform we desperately need. I've taken that fight to the national stage—testifying before Canadian Parliament's Status of Women Committee and serving as a lead plaintiff in a landmark lawsuit against the Canadian federal government over stalled cases and Charter rights violations. Survivors deserve to be believed, protected, and prioritized by law and policy.
My background is in entertainment, and I continue to work in the industry as an actress, singer, model, and composer. I live each day as if it were my last, balancing advocacy and artistry with a big heart and fearless leadership for the changes people need and deserve. You deserve safety.
